Daisy - Mixed Breed Dog for Adoption in Dubuque, Iowa

Meet Daisy!

Some flowers fit in a vase. This Daisy will need a little more room! At 5 years old and 94 pounds, Daisy is a lovely lady who recently arrived as a stray. We don’t know much about her past, but we’re looking forward to helping her find a bright future.

Our team is still getting to know Daisy as she settles in, learning about her personality, favorite activities, and what kind of home would help her thrive. For now, she’s keeping a little mystery about her—and we’re giving her time to unfold at her own pace.

Have room for a big girl and a new beginning? Ask our team about meeting Daisy and what we’ve learned about her so far!

The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
