Mixed Breed Dogs Available for Adoption in Cranston, Rhode Island

If you’ve ever wanted a dog whose entire personality is “happy to be here”... meet Steen.He is around 2½ years old and 55 pounds of pure joy, enthusiasm, and “did you say we’re doing something fun?!” energy. This is a dog who wakes up every day like it’s the best day of his life and honestly, he’s not wrong. With his big smile, wagging tail, and “please love me immediately” face, Steen is impossible not to fall for.
He absolutely loves people and is the kind of dog who assumes everyone he meets is his new best friend. Other dogs? Also best friends. Steen is social, playful, and always ready for a good time, whether that’s running around with his dog buddies or just hanging out soaking up attention from his humans.
He’s got that perfect mix of sweet and silly, one minute he’s happily trotting around, the next he’s looking up at you with that big goofy grin like, “So… what are we doing next?”

ADOPTION INFORMATION

HOW TO GO ABOUT ADOPTING:
- Come in during adoption hours to apply and fill out an application completely. We have applications on site. Open adoption hours take place at 44 Worthington Road in Cranston, RI. We are open every Wednesday 3-7pm and Saturday 10am-2pm.

- We require proof of homeownership (tax form, deed, mortgage statement) or landlord approval (a copy of your lease that clearly states you are allowed to have a dog, puppy, cat, or kitten OR written and signed consent from your landlord.
- We require copies of up to date vet records for any current pets.

*We do not do same day adoptions.
*Please bring the entire family in to meet the animal you are interested in.
*We will setup a meet and greet with your dog at a later date. PLEASE do not bring your dog with you when you come in to apply.
