Mixed Breed Dogs Available for Adoption in Cranston, Rhode Island

WELLS

Mixed Breed
🇺🇸
Cranston, Rhode Island
April 26th
male, medium, adult

DESCRIPTION

Wells is a very good boy looking for a foster or forever home. He is 53lbs and is a gentle dog that prefers peace and quiet over chaos. Wells does well with other easygoing dogs, walks beautifully on leash, and is working hard on his kennel habits. He takes a little time to warm up to new people and will need patience and consistency, but once he trusts you, his love is quiet, steady, and very real. Sudden movements can make him unsure, so he’s looking for a calm home where he can feel safe, put on some weight, and settle in at his own pace. His ideal forever home would have another low key dog that can show him the ropes and help him work on his confidence. If you’re someone who appreciates the softer side of things, Wells might be your perfect match.

ABOUT: MIXED BREED DOG BREED

The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
