I am Callie... and at 9 years old, Im still waiting for someone to choose me.

Im 55 pounds of sweetness, happy tail wags, and love. I adore people, Im dog friendly AND kitty friendly, and I still have so much life—and so much love—to give.

Right now, Rescue Coop is taking care of me. I have a mass that needs to be removed, and Im being treated for heartworms. It sounds like a lot, but please dont let that scare you away. Im still the same friendly, happy girl you see smiling in my picture.

I dont need anyone to feel sorry for me. I just need someone to look past my age and the little bumps in my road and see me.

I want a soft bed. A person to follow around the house. A place where I finally know I belong. I want someone who will look at my gray little face and think, There you are. Ive been waiting for you.
