Ken is a sweet, submissive guy who takes a few minutes to warm up, but once he does, he is all yours! He has a fairly low energy level and would love to cuddle on the couch or walk around the neighborhood, checking out all the smells on the way. He spent his initial time in rescue in a boarding facility so he will need a patient family to show him what it's like to live in a home.

Ken is gentle and loves other dogs and kids. He would likely do well with cats too, although he has not met any so far. Ken is eager to please and has waited so patiently for a family to call his own.

Ken will need to work on house and crate training, but with his willingness to learn and please his people, he should pick things up fast. He has not had much experience with walking on a leash, but with a little practice, he will be a pro in no time.

Ken has been waiting patiently for a family of his own to love. Could yours be the one he's been looking for?

ABOUT: MIXED BREED DOG BREED

The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
