Hank is a sweet, gentle boy with a calm and patient nature that makes him truly stand out. He is a medium energy pup who loves a good play session with his foster siblings and then happily settles in near his people or entertains himself with a bone. He would be a wonderful fit for a home ready to give a shy, soft-hearted pup the time and space to come out of his shell.

Hank gets along beautifully with the dogs in his foster home and loves a good play session with his canine companions. He has not been around cats but his gentle and somewhat reserved nature suggests he would do well with a dog-savvy cat who can help set the tone. He met kids at an after-school program and patiently let everyone love on him, even giving out a few kisses. He would do best with dog-savvy kids who will give him a little time to warm up.

Hank is a smart, food-motivated boy who already knows "sit" and has never been jumpy or mouthy. He is fully crate trained, eating his meals in his crate and settling in overnight without a peep. He has had virtually no accidents and is fully house trained. He is learning his leash manners and will pick them up quickly given how eager to please he is.
