Dane is a social butterfly with other dogs and especially enjoys buddies who match his playful energy. He's on the submissive side and gets along with everyone. With humans, he's a total sweetheart who believes every lap is meant for him and every hand should be giving belly rubs. He's been in households with children before and has done well with dog-savvy ones that understand he may be shy at first but quickly comes to love you if treats and fun are involved. He hasn't met cats yet, but his temperament suggests he'd adjust well.

This smart boy is eager to please and already housetrained, even signaling when he needs to go out. He's crate trained and trots right in when food or treats are involved. His leash skills are coming along nicely, and he enjoys his daily walks. Dane is a sweet, goofy companion who's ready to make a family very happy.
