Charlie is an adorable scruffy smaller mixed breed boy who was originally surrendered to the shelter in Oklahoma along with another dog. He's one of 22 new arrivals who just landed here in Bend, Oregon from Norman, OK thanks to our rescue partner Dog is My Copilot who provided the much needed air transport. They just arrived on 9/17, so they're anxious to settle in with their temporary foster families to get their chance to rest and decompress, and prepare for their lucky new family.
