Looking to help a dog in need? Then check out this opportunity to FOSTER OR FOSTER TO ADOPT with Canine Haven Rescue! We are a foster-based rescue organization in the GTA. We can only help bring these dogs out of shelters if we have a foster (or foster to adopt) home for them. Fostering is free, all supplies are provided, and you get the opportunity to help a deserving dog! If you foster to adopt, you will have the option to adopt after approximately 2 weeks.

This sweet young guy came into our care alongside his two siblings, and he's truly blossomed ever since. Cody has turned a huge corner-from being completely shut down and unsure, to growing into an energetic, social butterfly who's ready to take on the world.

These days, Cody is starting to show off his silly puppy antics. He loves zooming around the dog park, soaking up all the fun he can find. He's also a serious treat connoisseur-no snack is safe once Cody has caught a whiff! Thankfully, his love of food makes him highly motivated and a great candidate for continued training.
Cody is an affectionate boy who adores his people and isn't shy about showing it-expect lots of enthusiastic greetings (and the occasional full-body "barrel" of love). Watching his confidence grow day by day has been incredibly rewarding, and we're so excited to see him continue to thrive in his forever home.

Cody would do best in an active home with a family committed to meeting the needs of a growing puppy. He's still learning about the world around him, so he'll need patient, understanding adopters who are ready to guide him through new experiences and help him build on his progress and puppy behaviours such as mouthing.
