Gene Simmons - AK - Miniature Poodle Dog for Adoption in Bryan, Texas

Meet GENE SIMMONS. This adorable senior poodle was roaming the streets for weeks! animal control was finally able to catch him near a homeless encampment. He was matted to the skin and covered in thorns and stickers, but now he's all cleaned up, shaved down, and in our foster home.

So far, we know he's great with dogs, cats, and kids. He doesn't seem to be a barker, and he walks well on a leash. Gene is very thin with a healthy appetite, and has a really sweet and affectionate personality. And, you'll not believe me but, he gets very happy when you play Tears for Fears. Make of that what you will.

He got his bloodwork and vaccines done, then he gets his neuter Monday. Then, he can go up for adoption!!! Isn't he precious?!

ANDDDDDD, guess what!! Thanks to an amazing donor, his adoption fee has been paid for! Can he get any better?!

If you want to support Gene, he needs some Stella and Chewys dehydrated patties off our Amazon or Chewy wish lists. the dehydrated food sticks to the spit on his tongue for easy feeding. Wet food just get slopped and flopped everywhere!!

Gene is currently being fostered in Bryan, Texas, but we have NATIONWIDE TRANSPORT AVAILABLE, so he can fly in cabin with a flight nanny to any state in the US, for $250.
