Latte's story could have ended very differently.

He was one of 21 small dogs rescued from a heartbreaking hoarding situation after firefighters responded to a house fire. Thanks to the quick actions of first responders and animal control officers, every dog made it out alive. After lots of love, good food, medical care, and time to heal, Latte has completely left that life behind.

Today, he's exactly what every young dog should be... happy, playful, and full of life!

Latte is a medium-energy boy who loves playing with other dogs and would thrive with an active family. He'd love regular walks, playtime in the backyard, or adventures around the neighborhood. When the fun is over, he's just as happy to climb into your lap for some well-earned cuddles.

He's house trained, food motivated, and eager to be part of whatever you're doing. Like many little dogs, he'll let you know when he spots dogs, cats, chickens, or turkeys outside, but once the excitement passes, he's right back to being his cheerful, affectionate self.
