Pico is an 11-week-old Maltese mix weighing about 5-1/2 pounds, and this little guy has already come such a long way.
Pico came to Dogworks when he was just four weeks old after his mom rejected him. Since then, he has been growing and thriving in his foster home, surrounded by his foster fur siblings who have helped show him the ropes.
Pico is a typical puppy with typical puppy energy, but honestly, he is pretty chill for a puppy his age. He loves to play, loves to explore, and absolutely adores children. He gets along wonderfully with all the dogs in his foster home and pretty much loves everyone he meets. He loves giving puppy kisses!
He is still a baby, so his potty training is definitely a work in progress. Some days he does really, really well... and other days, well... he remembers that he is a puppy. But he's learning!
Pico is looking for a family who understands that puppies take time, patience, consistency, and lots of love. In return, you are going to get a sweet little companion who is ready to grow up surrounded by a family of his own.
Pico would love another little dog in the home to play with to help run off that puppy energy!
He is neutered, has had age-appropriate vaccinations and is microchipped.
His adoption fee is $400.
Please fill out the adoption application below. If you feel Pico would be a good fit! Please note: applicants must live within one hour of Toledo, Ohio.
