Baela is a 35-pound female Lab mix born on February 4, 2026. She is currently living at our shelter in Pembroke, Massachusetts, and is eligible for BFAR’s Foster to Adopt program.

PERSONALITY: Baela can be nervous in unfamiliar situations, but gentle encouragement helps her realize she is safe. Once comfortable, her rambunctious, sassy puppy personality comes out! She gives kisses and may playfully nibble an arm when excited.

OTHER DOGS: Baela enjoys her brother and shows interest in interacting with other dogs.

CHILDREN: Unknown.

CATS: Baela has not been cat tested.

TRAINING: Baela is still learning house training, crate training, leash skills, and basic puppy manners.

BEST FIT: Baela would thrive with a family that will give her time to settle in, help her build confidence, and enjoy her playful personality as it begins to shine.

All of our dogs are up to date on vaccinations, spayed or neutered, microchipped, and on preventatives.
