Meet Holt!

Holt is a delightful 10–12-week-old Lab mix weighing around 13 pounds, and this little guy is an absolute joy! He's outgoing, energetic, playful, and always ready for some fun.

Holt's story didn't start out quite so happily. He was found all alone on a dirt road—terrified, hungry, and severely malnourished. Thankfully, he's now discovering that his foster mom and dad are the kind of people who won't abandon him.

Holt can still get a little worried when his people leave, but he's learning that they always come back. And when they do? He quickly warms up, becomes incredibly cuddly, and is happy to hand out a kiss or two!

This sweet boy loves playing with toys, but he also enjoys sitting quietly and taking in everything happening around him. He doesn't necessarily have to be the center of attention—he's perfectly content just being near his people.

We're working on potty training, and Holt is proving to be one smart cookie! He's catching on quickly and doing a great job.

Holt will be ready to find his forever home after his neuter, vaccinations, and microchip appointment on September 10th.
