Albe came to us from a unique breeder situation in the Central Valley, and at just a year old, he’s finally getting to experience so many of the simple things most dogs take for granted and Albe is embracing it.

Grass is for laying, rolling and playing. Kiddie pools are meant to be climbed into, and if the sprinklers come on—even better! He’s learning about treats, toys, affection and all the little joys that should have been part of his world from the beginning.

Albe is a sweet, cuddly and affectionate guy who is eager to connect with his people. He even has the cutest habit of gently carrying your hand in his mouth.

While Albe is loving his new experiences, he’s still learning what life as a family dog is all about. His adopter should be prepared to give him patience, consistency and reassurance as he encounters everyday things that may be completely new to him.

Albe is another diamond in the rough who simply needs the opportunity to shine. With some time, love and guidance, we think this sweet boy is going to make an incredible companion.
