Meet Zelda!

At just under 3 months old, Zelda is the perfect mix of playful energy, sweetness, and just the right amount of mischief. She’s the kind of puppy who makes ordinary days feel a little more magical—whether she’s bouncing around with a toy, discovering something new, or curling up beside you like there’s nowhere else she’d rather be.

Zelda’s story didn’t start easy. She and her family were found dangerously close to a busy highway, where survival was anything but certain. There were originally ten puppies, but heartbreak struck before help could arrive, and two were lost. Thanks to a compassionate volunteer, Zelda, her seven siblings, and their mama Zinnia were brought to safety—and that’s when her story began to turn around.

Now, Zelda is thriving and embracing everything puppyhood has to offer. In her foster home, she’s learning the ropes—working on potty training, building good habits, and figuring out how to be the best girl she can be. She’s great with other pets and would do wonderfully in a home with kids who are ready for a fun-loving, slightly bouncy companion.

Zelda isn’t just looking for a home—she’s searching for her people. The ones who will celebrate her wins, guide her through her growing pains, and love her through every stage of life. In return, she promises a lifetime of loyalty, laughter, and love.

Once submitted, we will reach out to approved applicants by phone. We may also suggest other amazing dogs in our care who could be a great fit for your home.

LOCATION & TRANSPORT:

This dog is currently in South Mississippi. Local and out-of-town adopters are welcome. For out of town adopters, we offer virtual meet-and-greets and can arrange transport to many states in the Northeast. (The $450 adoption fee includes transport to the city on this listing. Our transports run every 2-3 weeks to that location.) We cannot adopt to Rhode Island due to import restrictions.

VETTING:

All of our dogs are cleared by a licensed veterinarian for transport and arrive to their adopters spayed/neutered with age-appropriate vaccines completed and are microchipped. Note: We cannot guarantee full grown size or breed mix. Both are guesses based on physical characteristics and any known history.
