DESCRIPTION

Pookie is a beautiful girl with a gentle heart and a wonderfully goofy personality. Her previous owner could no longer take care of her due to health issues, so we’re helping her find a new home.

Pookie is a sweet girl who loves cuddle time and resting her head on you like she’s a tiny lap dog. She is calm, well-mannered, and very laid back around the house. She completed a 6-week professional training program as a puppy and has great manners. She has been with kids as young as 10 and did great with them.

Pookie is 2 years old and weighs 90 pounds. We think she’s a Lab and Pyrenees mix. She is spayed, vaccinated for rabies, DHPP and Bordetella. She is also microchipped, heartworm negative and is current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention.

Pookie can arrive in Latham, NY on 6/13. If you are interested in adopting, please fill out the application found here: https://throwadogabone.org/adopt.
