Meet Whelan!

Whelan came into our care when his owner was no longer able to care for him. During some time in a loving foster home, he showcased his affectionate personality - loving to soak up all the attention! He is now ready to find a new family that will have lots of time and love to share with him.

His fosters described him as goofy and chatty -- he will like to have somebody to share in these cat conversations. He loves his cardboard cat scratcher and a variety of toys so he can play whenever he's in the mood. When he's just lounging around, you might catch him lounging on the floor showing off his adorable belly or hoping for some treats. Providing ample indoor enrichment will be essential to him being able to exhibit healthy cat behavior indoors, such as playing, climbing and scratching to keep him fit! Whelan is just an all around good-catch, plain and simple. His stunning good looks are just icing on the cake.

Cats: Whelan has no known experience being fully integrated to living with another cat, but he was comfortable with brief interactions as a foster cat in a separate area.
Dogs: Whelan has no known experience living with dogs.
Children: Whelan has done well interacting with children, but there is no known history of living with children
