Driftwood - Jack Russell Terrier Dog for Adoption in Austin, Texas

Driftwood was surrendered to a shelter we help, because he was part of an unwanted litter of puppies born in rural area. We were able to save him and his siblings, because one of our wonderful fosters brought them into her home. Driftwood has been in our care since he was 9 weeks old, and he has now completed his veterinary care. We hope he will get adopted soon and be loved forever.

Driftwood loves to play with any dogs he meets, and he does well with cats too. He likes to be held and has done great with young children. He is almost house trained and is learning how to walk on a leash.

Driftwood weighs 6 pounds, and he is 3 months old. He is likely a Terrier mix. His mama only weighs 16 pounds, so Driftwood will also be a small sized adult.

Driftwood is neutered, vaccinated for rabies, DHPP and Bordetella. He is also microchipped, heartworm negative and is current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention.
