DESCRIPTION
Koala and his brother were found near a convenience store in a rural south Texas town we help. One of our volunteers saw them and picked them up. Although Koala was very hungry, he greeted our volunteer with kisses and tail wags. Thankfully, one of our fosters agreed to take care of Koala while we had his veterinary care completed. Now, we hope this little boy will find his perfect person.
Koala has done great with children as young as 6. He loves to play with other dogs of any size. He is also cat friendly. He loves to be held and be with people. He is a cuddly boy and follows his foster around the house.
Koala is 10 weeks old and weighs 7 pounds. He’s a tiny guy, and we think he’s a Chiweenie mix.
Koala is neutered, vaccinated for rabies, DHPP and Bordetella. He is also microchipped, heartworm negative and is current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention.
Koala can arrive in Chester, VA on 6/13. If you are interested in adopting, please fill out the application found here: https://throwadogabone.org/adopt.
