Jack Russell Terrier and Chihuahua Dogs Available for Adoption in New Haven, Connecticut

Celestia is an absolute doll! She is so cute, friend, outgoing and playful, and a very sweet girl. She is around 1 year old and around 14lbs. She was found stray, without microchip and landed in a high kill shelter. We were happy to welcome this deserving girl into rescue. She has a lovely moderate, fun energy, is good with dogs of all sizes, and enjoys human attention and playing with toys!!
Celestia’s bio:
-age appropriate energy, is happy go lucky, and friendly
-great with other dogs in her foster home
-likes to be around people
-working on potty training and is doing well in her foster’s routine
-is good on leash
-does well in a gated area when foster is not home
-enjoys toys, treats and chew bones
-enjoys lounging in the yard and on her dog bed as well as playtime in the yard
-will make a great companion and walking buddy to a loving family
-does well so far on car rides to her vet appointments and errands with her foster
-did well for her grooming/bath
-is up to date on vaccines, spayed, dewormed, microchipped, and is on flea and tick preventatives
