Luffy is the quiet, steady presence every home could use. He rarely makes a sound, preferring instead to pad softly behind you from room to room like a sweet second shadow.

He's gentle, calm, and endlessly trusting — the kind of dog who settles into a new home like he's always belonged there.

At two years old, this hound mix is a front-left leg amputee, fully healed and completely pain-free. He gets around well with an endearing little tripod wobble, and he's strictly a low-key companion — think leisurely strolls and backyard lounging rather than long hikes or high-speed zoomies. His favorite things are simple: curling up beside his people for ear scratches, keeping quiet company throughout the day, and hanging out by the edge of the pool to get playfully splashed.

Luffy gets along great with other dogs, is fully house-trained, and has shown no resource guarding or reactivity at all. Because of his front-leg amputation, he does best with rugs, carpet, or runners over slick tile or hardwood, and a home with minimal steep stairs. Beyond that, he's wonderfully adaptable — equally happy in a calm apartment (ground floor or with an elevator) or a single-story home with a yard.
