Paige - Husky Dog for Adoption in Pflugerville, Texas

Meet Paige! Paige is a 1-2 year-old Husky mix (56 lb) with a big heart, big energy, and an even bigger love for adventure. She's confident, playful, and happiest when she can run, hike, and explore Austin green spaces.

Paige was found at Commons Ford Park: skinny, anxious, and looking like she had recently weaned a litter (no pups were found). She had no collar or microchip at the time, and she had an abrasion on her neck (possibly from being tied up). Despite her rough start, she's been settling in and showing what a fun, outdoorsy companion she can be.

In daily life, Paige thrives on a consistent, active routine. She's not a big barker, but she will occasionally let out a little howl, and its pretty adorable. Paige would love to have a dog sibling who matches her energy as she loves to play. She has an off button and rests well in the cool AC once her activity needs are met. She does not need a crate and free roams during the day.

Paige is spayed and microchipped and up to date on age appropriate vaccines.

Paige's ideal home is with an active adopter who wants a true adventure buddy, someone who likes to hike and get outside a couple of times a day. A securely fenced yard is important, and she really needs another young, playful dog in the home to help her feel confident and fulfilled.
