Hi, my name is Canyon! I'm a PURPLE pawprint, which means I will fit well into a home that meets some specific criteria. Here is what would work best for me in my new home:

- Personality: Confident, Affectionate, Goofy
- Can Live with Kids: Sturdy, dog-savvy & respectful kids of any age that can handle puppy behavior likely okay.
- Can Live with Cats: Unknown History. SLOW & SUPERVISED introductions always recommended.
- Can Live with Dogs: Yes, All resident dogs must come in to meet for initial introductions at WHS.
- Can do Apartment Living: Might be considered if a proper mental and physical enrichment plan in place. A home with more space would be ideal.
- Potty Trained: Working on it.
- Bite History: No
- Positive Reward Based Obedience Classes Required: No, but would be highly beneficial!
- Energy Level: High - Big Puppy Energy
- Needs Medical Procedure Before Going Home: Yes, a neuter and microchip provided by WHS.

- Additional Information: Canyon is a handsome, young large mixed-breed boy who made his way to us from out-of-state in search of a fresh start. He has a kind, loving heart and like many young dogs, he's still learning the ropes. Canyon would thrive with a little structure and consistency. He's eager to please, loves spending time with people, and is ready to build a strong bond with a family who will guide him with patience and love. While not requires, positive reinforcement training would be a wonderful way to help him learn basic manners, build confidence, and strengthen his bond with his new family.
