Meet Tati!

Despite being a senior and blind, Tati has adjusted beautifully to rescue life. He doesnt let his blindness slow him down one bit. He quickly learns his surroundings, confidently finds his way around, and simply wants to be near his people.

At approximately 14 years old, Tati has spent his entire life with one loving family. Due to a serious illness in the family, they were forced to relocate to the mainland and, with heavy hearts, made the difficult decision to surrender him to our rescue.

Even after losing the only home hes ever known, Tati has remained happy, trusting, and full of love. His resilience has been nothing short of inspiring.

Tati is sterilized, in wonderful health for his age, and absolutely adores people and children. He is gentle, affectionate, and happiest simply being close to his humans. Hes the kind of dog who asks for very little—just a warm bed, a soft blanket, and someone to love.

Right now, Tati is spending his days in our rescue office, but after living in a home for 14 years, wed love nothing more than to see him back on a couch, curled up beside someone who will cherish him through his golden years. Were hoping to find either a foster or adopter in the mainland U.S. as soon as possible so he can enjoy the comfort he deserves.

Senior dogs have so much to offer. Theyre past the puppy stage, already know how to be wonderful family members, and simply want to spend their days loving and being loved. Blind dogs adapt incredibly well, relying on their remarkable sense of smell, hearing, and memory. Most people are amazed at how quickly they settle into a new home.
