Since arriving in his Illinois foster home, Echo has received that care and so much more: completing heart worm treatment, undergoing surgery to correct entropion eyes, and soaking up all the love and comfort he’s been missing.

Now healthy, healed, and thriving, Echo is ready for the next chapter: a forever home where he can relax, be adored, and enjoy the life he deserves.

Despite his size, Echo is the definition of a gentle giant. He adores people and will happily lean his full weight into you for pets (consider yourself warned — personal space is not his thing). He’s convinced he’s a lap dog and will try his best to prove it. His favorite activities include lounging on the couch, sunbathing like a pro, and enjoying a good snack.

Echo is wonderfully social and has done great living with other dogs — both big and small — as well as cats, who he peacefully coexists with. He walks beautifully on a leash and is easy to handle.
