DESCRIPTION
Rosie is a 2 year old, 50ish lb, female Goldendoodle who was surrendered to GRRAND as her people had too many dogs and felt Rosie needed more attention and direction than they could give to her. As you can see from her pics, Rosie needed to get a full on buzz cut as she had so many matts, but that hasn't changed her personality. She is still sweet and playful as ever.
Rosie will need a family that will have the time and patience to work with her on training and direction as she has not had any and she is still young and active and will need plenty of exercise to keep her happy and busy. She lived with 3 other dogs so a doggie playmate to match her activity level would be a bonus.
She is house-trained and crate-trained and does sleep in her crate at night and when left alone during the day. Our GRRAND volunteer who was with Rosie in the field play yard tells us: "Rosie just arrived to GRRAND and she is very busy making new friends, both human and canine. Rosie loves gentle cuddles and to follow you around and she seems to have good manners."
Rosie is said to have lived with cats, but GRRAND has not cat tested her.
Please check back later for more info, but if you would like to meet her, please fill out an app at GRRAND.org
