Pip - French Bulldog Dog for Adoption in Gainesville, Virginia

Meet Pip!

If you’re looking for an adorable little companion with a face that’s impossible not to love, meet Pip!

Pip is a sweet 1-year-old French Bulldog mix weighing approximately 17 pounds. This beautiful brown girl was rescued in South Texas and is getting a second chance at finding her forever home!

Pip is friendly with small dogs but does not like larger dogs, so she would do best in a home with smaller canine companions or as the only dog.

We are still learning more about Pip’s personality and temperament, but we hope to find her a loving family where she can settle in and enjoy the life she deserves!

Pip has already been spayed and microchipped, so she’s one step closer to being ready for her forever family!

Interested in adopting Pip?

The first step is completing an adoption application at the link below. We do not schedule meet and greets without an approved application.

Adoption Fee: $600

Pip has already been spayed! Her adoption fee helps cover the cost of routine veterinary care and the expenses involved in bringing rescue dogs to safety.

Most of our dogs are rescued from high-intake shelters or directly off the streets of South Texas, where packs of stray animals run loose. Your adoption fee directly supports the significant costs required to bring these dogs to safety.

We are a registered nonprofit rescue, and any excess revenue goes directly toward treating animals with major medical needs who might otherwise be left behind or euthanized.

Your adoption fee covers:

* Safe Transport: Transportation from Texas to our local foster homes (this alone costs approximately $200–$230 per dog).
* Vetting & Preventive Care: Spay/neuter surgery (if old enough), age-appropriate core vaccinations, deworming, heartworm testing (if old enough), and microchipping.
* VCA Medical Partnership: Every adoption includes a complimentary first exam at any participating VCA Animal Hospital within the first 14 days. VCA also provides a limited health guarantee of up to $250 for minor illnesses, such as kennel cough or ear infections, diagnosed during that initial two-week period.

Important Rescue Policies

No Foster-to-Adopt Program: We do not offer a foster-to-adopt option. The majority of our dogs are already settled into loving foster homes, and we aim to minimize unnecessary moves for their emotional well-being. Additionally, our rescue insurance policy strictly prohibits it.

Breed and Size Guarantees: We cannot guarantee the breed mix or adult size of any dog in our care. Listed breeds are our best guesses based on physical characteristics. Because our dogs are rescues with unknown histories, we cannot guarantee that a dog is not mixed with pit bull.
