Meet Garland!

Garland is a 10-12 year-old senior male French Bulldog mix. Due to untreated past ear infections and neglect Garland is deaf. He came to Saving Hope with 2 ear infections. The one in his right ear has cleared, but the left may need additional treatment. He has been neutered and is current with all his vaccines.

Even with his past neglect Garland is an absolute gem. He learned the doggie door in 5 minutes. If it’s closed he will patiently sit at the back door waiting to be let out. Garland has not had one accident in the house. He free ranges in the house, except when there are workers at the house, he is put is his crate, which he goes into readily. Garland sleeps all day, loves being outside, walks well on a leash, gets along well with other dogs, loves his humans and likes to snuggle. Garland also has old man vision, so you need to make sure you are in his line of sight so he can see you.

Garland would make a great apartment pup since he doesn’t bark because nothing startles him. He would be fine as an only pup or in a home with other dogs. He gets along well with his foster's Frenchies. Garland will be a great addition to any home.
