Bensen - English Bulldog Dog for Adoption in Chester Springs, Pennsylvania

Bensen is a stunning 1 1/2-year-old English Bulldog with a rich mahogany and white coat. At just under 50 lbs, he's a sturdy, solid guy with a face that might say "grumpy" but a personality that says otherwise. Don't let that classic bulldog scowl fool you. Bensen is happy, social, and a total sweetheart.

Bensen came to us along with several other bulldogs when their breeder no longer wanted the group. He has settled in beautifully and has been wonderful with our volunteers, soaking up every bit of attention they give him.

Bensen will need a dog meet-and-greet before adoption. His breeder reported that he does well with female dogs but can be iffy with other males.

If you're looking for a loving, lovable bulldog with a big heart, Bensen is ready to meet you!

He will come neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and 4dx tested.

The English Bulldog is a distinctive and beloved breed known for its sturdy build, wrinkled face, and gentle temperament. Originating in England, these dogs are characterized by their muscular frame, powerful jaw, and unique pushed in nose. Despite their tough appearance, English Bulldogs are affectionate, loyal, and great with children, making them excellent family pets. Due to their brachycephalic nature, they may struggle with overheating and breathing issues, requiring attentive care and moderate exercise to keep them healthy and happy.
