Colin - Cocker Spaniel Dog for Adoption in Chester Springs, Pennsylvania

Meet Colin

Colin is a 5-year-old Cocker Spaniel with a gentle heart and a story of survival. After he was injured while used as a stud dog, his breeder surrendered him to a veterinarian to be euthanized. Thankfully, the vet reached out to us, and we were able to give Colin the lifesaving surgery he needed.

Today, Colin is the sweetest boy you could hope to meet. He has been wonderful with our volunteers, soaking up every bit of attention and affection. He is a good boy, through and through, who has come so far and has so much love to give.

Colin's injury required a penile amputation and reconstruction of his urinary tract. As a result, he may look and urinate more like a female dog. This is simply how his body works now. He is fully healed, healthy, and not in any pain, and his surgery will not hold him back from living a happy, normal life.

Colin is healed and ready for the next chapter. All he needs now is a family to give him the forever home he has been waiting for.

He will come neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and 4dx tested.
