At about a year old and 50 pounds, Willie is a smart, happy boy who has been working hard in his foster home to build confidence after being abandoned at a fire station. With patience and encouragement, he's learning that good things happen when people show up for him.

Willie is friendly with other dogs, does well with kids, and enjoys being part of the action. He's eager to learn, loves attention, and has the fun-loving personality that makes Labs such wonderful companions.

While he can still be a little unsure in new situations, Willie continues to make great progress and is becoming more confident every day. He's looking for a family that will keep cheering him on and give him the stability every dog deserves.
