Tilly (aka "Tin Tin")
Meet Tilly, a tiny, low-energy sweetheart who is eight years old and weighs six pounds! She loves burrowing under blankets, relaxing on the couch, and staying close to her person. She's very much a devoted follower — she'll happily spend the day observing you, walking behind you, and cuddling skin-to-skin at night. She loves pets from people, and while she's generally neutral with new people at first, she's always up for cuddles and sitting close by once she's comfortable.
Tilly is potty trained, crate trained, and walks well on a leash — she really enjoys being outside. She ignores cats and does well around other dogs, though she doesn't actively seek them out for play, so she'd do best with a calm, respectful dog or as the only dog in the home. She loves treats and is happiest in a calm environment where she can relax with plenty of blankets.
She's a great fit for apartment living, and would thrive with a single person, couple, or family with older or gentle, calm kids. She's a bit nervous around stairs, so a home without a lot of hyperactive energy would suit her best.
What makes Tilly so special is how tiny and devoted she is — she follows her person everywhere and has the sweetest light brown eyes she loves to gaze up at you with.
***Tilly previously tested positive for heartworm and was treated before traveling north.
