Shelby is a Chihuahua Dachshund mix with a big heart that is still learning the world is safe. This is a girl who has not always known what kindness feels like, but the moment she realizes you mean it, something shifts. The shaking stops. She leans in. She asks for more. And then a little more after that. She is wonderful with other dogs and arriving October 10th ready for the quieter, gentler chapter she has always deserved.
She does not need much. She needs someone who will move slowly, speak softly, and stay. Someone who understands that the dogs who take a little longer to trust are often the ones who love you the hardest once they do.
