BISCUIT IS ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR A FULL-TIME PERSONAL ASSISTANT... AKA AN ADOPTER

Meet Biscuit, a 2-year-old, approximately 9 lb little man who somehow managed to fit about 75 lbs of personality into a 9 lb body.

Biscuit is looking for a family who understands that although he may be tiny, his need for attention is NOT. He's high-energy, playful, cuddly, silly, and would be very happy if your daily schedule revolved around loving him.

His résumé includes:

- Professional Toy Tester — Playing with toys is serious business.
- Tiny Tornado — He has plenty of energy packed into those little legs.
- Certified Cuddle Bug — Once playtime is over, he's ready for love and snuggles.
- Dog Approved — Biscuit previously lived in a foster home with another dog and did wonderfully!
- People Lover — He enjoys his humans and would love a family who can give him lots of attention.
- Mostly Housebroken — He knows the assignment, but an occasional accident may still happen. Nobody's perfect, Biscuit.
- Leash Skills: Loading... — He's currently working on becoming a proper little gentleman on walks.
- Neighborhood Watch: DENIED — Biscuit is not reactive and does not bark at every dog or person he sees. He has more important things to do.
- Healthy Boy — No known medical needs!

Biscuit is good with other dogs and people. We are currently unsure about cats and children, so we don't want to make promises until we know more.

He is currently being fostered in Northern Liberties, Philadelphia and is patiently waiting for someone to realize their home is missing approximately 9 pounds of chaos, cuddles and comedy.
