ADOPT THRESHER!

Thresher is an 8-month-old, 35-pound mixed breed puppy. She spent almost her entire life growing up in a shelter before finally getting the chance to experience life in a foster home, and she has been doing so well! She is great with people and has been excellent with other dogs of all sizes.

She is housebroken and will let you know when she needs to go outside. She has been sleeping through the night in her crate, but needs some encouragement to go in. She enjoys a car ride and is already learning recall, showing great potential to eventually be a dog who can enjoy some off-leash freedom with continued training!

She is currently doing great with apartment living, so a fenced-in yard is not required, though she would certainly enjoy having one to get her zoomies and sniffs out! She is still learning her leash manners and tends to zigzag a bit on walks, but shes is making great progress. She would also enjoy another dog that will play and show her the ropes, though another dog is not required. She loves playing with other dogs so much, she will even play with her own reflection! Unsure if she is cat friendly, but good with kids (age 3 and older).

She loves to chew on her bones (RIP plushies), snuggle on the couch after tiring out, and follow you around as you do tasks in the house.

She is a little skittish at first, which is understandable after spending most of her life in a shelter, but once a place becomes familiar she is a-okay. She can sit on command, but will need additional training. She is a lovable, loyal, non-barker, silly pup that will bring joy to her furever family.
