Meet Timon

Timon is a 1-year-old Chihuahua mix with a sweet personality, a gentle heart, and a bright future ahead of him.

When Timon first came to us, he was very underweight and clearly in need of some extra care and good nutrition. Despite his rough start, Timon has remained incredibly kind, trusting, and affectionate. He has quickly shown us what a wonderful little dog he is.

This handsome boy does well with other dogs and enjoys having canine companions around. Based on his friendly and easygoing nature, we think he would likely do well with respectful children, although proper introductions are always recommended.

Timon loves attention and is happiest when he's spending time with his people. He's the kind of dog who will gladly trade a difficult past for a warm bed, a full food bowl, and a family that loves him unconditionally.

As he continues to gain weight and thrive, we know his personality will only continue to shine. Timon is ready to leave the uncertainty of the past behind and start the next chapter of his life with a family of his own.

His adoption fee is $450.

Because we don't observe our animals in home settings, we aren't able to guarantee whether he is housebroken.

Upon intake, every animal receives:

Spay/neuter surgery
Microchip
All age-appropriate vaccinations
Blood and fecal testing (with treatment if needed)
Flea, tick, and heartworm prevention
A complimentary wellness exam 7-10 days after adoption

Adopters must be at least 21 years old and live within an hour of our facility.
