Meet Knoxville !
Knoxville is a small dog with a gentle heart and a calm, easygoing nature. While he can be a little shy when meeting new people, underneath that reserved exterior is a very sweet boy who just wants to feel safe and loved.
Knoxville isn't the type of dog who's constantly looking for the next game of fetch or zooming around the house. He's much more content to take life at a slower pace, enjoying quiet companionship and relaxing near his favorite people. If you're looking for a calm companion rather than a high-energy playmate, Knoxville may be exactly who you've been searching for.
He is friendly with other dogs and would likely do well with a canine companion who respects his laid-back personality. Because of his shy nature, we think Knoxville would be happiest in a home without young children, where he can settle in at his own pace and build confidence in a predictable environment.
Once Knoxville trusts you, you'll discover a sweet and loyal friend who asks for very little other than kindness, patience, and a comfortable place to belong.
His adoption fee is $300.
Because we don't observe our animals in home settings, we aren't able to guarantee whether he is housebroken.
Upon intake, every animal receives:
Spay/neuter surgery
Microchip
All age-appropriate vaccinations
Blood and fecal testing (with treatment if needed)
Flea, tick, and heartworm prevention
A complimentary wellness exam 7-10 days after adoption
Adopters must be at least 21 years old and live within an hour of our facility.
Knoxville may not be the loudest dog in the room, but sometimes the quiet ones make the very best companions. He's ready to find a patient, loving family that will give him the chance to shine.
