CLEO - Chihuahua Dog for Adoption in Coquitlam, British Columbia

CLEO - ADOPTABLE
Meet Cleo!
Age: 4 years old
Weight: 13 lbs
Breed: Chi mix
Cleo is a sweet 4-year-old boy looking for his safe, loving forever home!
This little guy is settling into foster life and showing us more of his personality every day.
Cleo was found abandoned and surviving on his own, hiding under cars and on the porch of an abandoned house in unbearable heat. He was weak, hungry and frightened when he was finally rescued.
Since fostering we have learned that Cleo is:
• Good with other dogs
• Good with older kids
• Potty trained
• Crate trained
• Learning to walk nicely on leash
• Working hard on his training
• Sweet little guy who is continuing to gain confidence
Cleo is still learning and would thrive with a patient couple or family with at least one member who is at home or works from home committed to continued training, consistency and positive reinforcement. Most importantly, he needs a safe, calm and loving space where he can feel secure, settle in at his own pace and continue building confidence. With the right support, Cleo is making progress every day and will continue to blossom.
If you think Cleo could be your perfect match and can provide the safe space and guidance he needs

The Chihuahua is a small breed famous for its confidence, loyalty, and big personality, despite its tiny size. Originating from Mexico, these dogs are known for their large, expressive eyes and alert, curious nature. Chihuahuas make excellent companions, forming strong bonds with their owners and displaying a protective nature. They come in a variety of coat colors and patterns, with both long and short coats, making them a diverse and adorable addition to any family.

Our mission is to create a positive impact on the overcrowded shelters in California -> bringing them across the border...
