Aria - Carolina Dog Dog for Adoption in Wake Forest, North Carolina

If you're looking for a lot of fun and a big dog "can do" in a smaller body, Aria IS your girl! Meet this young Carolina Dog mix (perhaps with some shepherd in here) who weighs about 33 lbs full grown but takes on the world like she is 100 lbs! Aria is active and smart and would do best in a home that is ready to be active with her on the regular. She would love a doggo play friend who loves to romp as much as she does and would love regular outside time too. She is a gal who would not be happiest with a sedentary lifestyle and promises to be the best adventure partner around. If you are looking for a lot of spice and pizzazz in a small package, sign on up for this girl ASAP!

The Carolina Dog, a primitive breed known for its wild ancestry, is a medium sized, agile, and intelligent dog originally found roaming freely in the Southeastern United States. With a distinctive appearance marked by erect ears, a bushy tail, and a sable coat, Carolina Dogs are highly adaptable, affectionate with their families, and wary of strangers, making them excellent watchdogs. Their natural hunting instincts and independence require consistent training and an active lifestyle to thrive in a loving home environment.
