Gilmore - Boxer and Black Mouth Cur Dog for Adoption in Pflugerville, Texas

Meet Gilmore: A Big-Hearted Goofball Looking for His Forever Home

Gilmore is a sweet, playful pup who loves to love. This tan boy with a dark mask and soulful brown eyes is happiest curled up next to his people, handing out licks and soaking up affection. He's a true lover. Transport is available, or you can pick him up locally. Additional fees apply for transportation and the required health certificate. Currently being fostered in Austin, Texas.

Gilmore is playful and silly, with a serious soft spot for chewy toys and squeaky toys. He has plenty of puppy energy and wants a buddy to burn it off with. He gets along great with his foster sister Birdie, who's about 7, and the two of them play together and sleep side by side. Yes, he sleeps in bed with his foster mom and Birdie every night!

Gilmore is a quick learner and already a champ with his pee pads. He's recently started going outside to potty when the back door is open, and he's beginning to understand "sit." He's a work in progress, like any young dog, but he's eager to please and making progress every week.

Gilmore would love...
• A playful dog sibling: He'd thrive with a younger dog who can match his energy and show him the ropes.
• Room to run: A big yard or regular trips to a space where he can really stretch his legs would be ideal.
• Lots of love: He's a snuggler who wants to be part of the family.

Gilmore is a loving, goofy, affectionate boy who will repay patience with endless cuddles and kisses. If you have a big heart, some room to play, and a little time to build his puppy confidence, he's ready to be your best friend.
