He was one of five puppies from an accidental litter, found starving in a yard with no food and no water, surviving only because kind neighbors would toss food over the fence to keep them alive. He came to us skin and bone and scared of the world, and he had every reason to be.

But here is where the story gets beautiful. Thanks to the incredible love and patience of an amazing foster family, Churro has completely transformed into the happy, thriving, affectionate boy he was always meant to be. You would never guess, that this dog has ever known a hard day in his life.
