DESCRIPTION
Meet Bluey! 💙
Bluey’s story began when we rescued her family (including siblings and mama Gabby/ Chili) from the shelter. Mama did an amazing job getting her babies through their earliest weeks, but once they were weaned, she made her feelings very clear; her parenting days were officially over. 😂
Now 10 weeks old, Bluey is ready to start her next adventure - finding a forever family of her own! This adorable Chihuahua mix is expected to stay under 10 pounds when fully grown, but what she lacks in size she more than makes up for in personality.
Bluey is a tiny boss lady with a big opinion about everything. She’s sassy, confident, and always ready to bounce into the middle of whatever is happening. Like many growing puppies, she’s still figuring out how her long legs and speedy zoomies work together, which only adds to her charm. While she has a bold personality, Bluey would thrive in a calm, laid-back home that can help her build confidence and channel all that puppy energy into becoming the best little companion she can be.
If you're looking for a pint-sized pup with a huge personality, Bluey may just be your perfect match! Bluey and family are being fostered in south San Francisco and can’t wait to meet you!
ABOUT: CHIHUAHUA DOG BREED
The Chihuahua is a small breed famous for its confidence, loyalty, and big personality, despite its tiny size. Originating from Mexico, these dogs are known for their large, expressive eyes and alert, curious nature. Chihuahuas make excellent companions, forming strong bonds with their owners and displaying a protective nature. They come in a variety of coat colors and patterns, with both long and short coats, making them a diverse and adorable addition to any family.
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
