Meet TIKI this SATURDAY, MAY 9 from 12-3PM at the NEBRASKA FURNITURE MART DOG & PUPPY ADOPTION EVENT! We’ll be joining other rescue groups for a HUGE adoption event. NFM is located in The Legends at 1601 Village West Pkwy, KCK 66111.

Border Collie/Great Pyrenees Mix • 10 weeks old • Male • weighs 28 lbs

TIKI is basically the definition of a velcro puppy. This sweet boy wants to be wherever his people are — following you around, sitting at your feet, snuggling on the couch, and soaking up all the love he can get. He’s incredibly smart, learns routines quickly, and already has amazing potty habits for such a young pup.

Tiki loves toys, balls, kisses, and cuddle time. His foster says he’s the sweetest little cuddle bug who would happily sleep curled up beside you all night long. He’s playful, attentive, and full of personality.

He does well with other dogs and has a blast playing with his foster dog friends, but he can be a little protective over his favorite things sometimes, so continued guidance will help him keep building good habits. One thing is for sure — this boy is going to bond HARD with his future family.

ADOPTING A DOG
Our dogs have been spayed or neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped and tested for heartworms (if 7 months or older).

If you have a dog or children we ask that you bring them with you to meet our dogs to make sure it is a good match.

We are open for meet and greet adoptions at our shelter on weekends. No appointment is necessary for weekend adoptions. Our weekend hours vary and we also have satellite adoption events every weekend.
