Some dogs seem to bloom wherever they're planted, and Daisy Darling is exactly that kind of girl. Found as a stray, this beautiful 3-year-old is ready to trade life on her own for a forever family that will love her as much as she'll love them.

At 50 pounds, Daisy is the perfect mix of athletic and affectionate. She's incredibly sweet, knows her basic commands, and has quickly won over everyone she's met. She loves people, does wonderfully with kids, and enjoys the company of other dogs.

So far, Daisy appears to be house trained, making the transition into her new home that much easier.

Daisy has a strong prey drive, so she'd much rather chase cats and squirrels than live with them. Because she's an active, athletic girl who enjoys stretching her long legs, she'll need a secure 6-foot privacy fence and a family that enjoys getting outside for walks, playtime, and adventures.

All known details about our animals are posted on their profile and updated daily. Other info will be discussed in detail with the foster during the application review process. Due to the high volume of introductions/questions received we ask you to submit an application (that application can be used for any dog with Take Paws Rescue).

The adoption fee for adult dogs covers age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, spay/neuter if not yet performed, heartworm test & appropriate heartworm treatment by the rescue's vet. All dogs in our care are also kept up-to-date on HW/Flea Prevention.
