Meet sweet Abby #48! Her whole world was turned upside down when she was surrendered to the shelter after her owner became ill. Understandably, this sweet girl arrived scared and unsure of what came next. But despite everything she’s been through, Abby’s loving heart is already shining through. She has started to trust staff and volunteers, often leaning in close for affection as if she’s trying to give you a hug.

Abby is an intelligent, well-mannered 3-year-old lab who listens well and already knows how to sit on command. She’s done well with the other dogs she has met at the shelter.

This beautiful girl truly is the total package — loyal, gentle, affectionate, and ready to be someone’s best friend, adventure buddy, or couch companion. All Abby needs now is a family willing to give her the love, security, and fresh start she deserves.

- MA/NH Residents: Additional $125 for state-mandated isolation and exam.
