Life's what you bake it with Penny Pupcake, a 12-week-old (9/15) Black Lab / Hound mix, weighing 12 pounds (as of 8/25/26). The PUPCAKES surprised their owner in Tennessee when they were unexpectedly born holding baked goods straight from the oven. How sweet! These pups are serving looks AND slices!

UPDATE: She is the most amazing puppy. Penny is so sweet and LOVES to cuddle. She gives free kisses to everyone she meets and if she’s awake her tail is wagging! She sleeps through the night and just needs a morning bathroom break. She is very smart and very advanced with potty training, doing about 85% of her business outside! She is great with kids and loves playing with my own 3 year old female rescue. Penny would make the most perfect addition to any home!

Penny may be little, but she has plenty of personality to share! She’s playful, affectionate, and always ready to investigate whatever is happening nearby. Yup, she'll even sniff out that bundt cake that burned in the oven. She loves romping around with her siblings almost as much as she loves getting attention from her people. Be sure to tell her how beautiful she is and how much she looks like a Hostess Frosted Chocolate Cake! Who’s ready for lots of puppy kisses and fun? This girl!

These sweet pups enjoy playing with other dogs and we believe they'd be great with kids. They haven't met cats yet but hope to win them over with lots of bribes. In order to build their baking empire, the Pupcakes will need loads of puppy training but they've used crates for travel. For your help, they'll make sure Sweeney Todd doesn't bake you into a meat pie. Not on their watch!

When they're old enough and ready for adoption, they'll be spayed/neutered.
