Meet Coco Chanel!

At just 1 year old, Coco Chanel is learning that life has so much more to offer than the puppy mill she came from. She’s curious, quietly watching the world around her and slowly figuring out this whole “freedom” thing — what it means to be a dog, to have a home, and most importantly, to be loved.

Coco is still a timid girl, and she’ll need a patient family who understands that trust takes time. She isn’t quite comfortable with things like leash walking yet, so a securely fenced yard is required to give her a safe space to explore and gain confidence.

One thing that helps Coco feel more comfortable? Other dogs! She gets along well with her canine friends and finds comfort in having them around. She would also be perfectly fine sharing her home with cats. Because she can be easily overwhelmed, a home without young children who move quickly would be best.

Coco is fully vetted and ready to continue her journey toward becoming the happy, confident little dog she was always meant to be. She just needs someone willing to give her the time, patience, and love to get there.
