Meet Honey Bunches: Goblin Queen, Professional Napper & Full-Time Snuggle Supervisor

Honey is a 7- year-old French Bulldog who is currently accepting applications for a very specific position: emotional and financial support human. Please submit your resume accordingly.

Honey describes herself as a high-maintenance, low-energy, narcoleptic Frenchie. And while narcolepsy is not technically her diagnosis, it IS very much her personality.

Her daily requirements include:
- A cushy quality of life, complete with being carried around despite the fact that her legs actually work perfectly fine. Why walk when you can be transported like royalty?
- Multiple naps per day, preferably while being held in positions her human will eventually realize are completely unreasonable. Rocking is strongly encouraged.
- Only the finest cuisine. Honey has a sensitive tummy and a confirmed chicken/chicken byproduct allergy, but her foster has finally found a diet that agrees with her, so were sticking with what works!
- Two seizure medications, which have her seizure disorder carefully managed. Because of this, Honey does best in a calm, low-stress environment where her routine can be maintained.
-A human who will accept her licking compulsion (she NEEDS to lick you because she loves you!) AND not be bothered by her snoring - it may be a little louder courtesy of the cleft lip, it’s all just part of her gremlin charm.

Honey may have a few extra requirements, but she gives plenty in return. She is a professional snuggler, follows her people around, and would much rather curl up beside you than run a marathon. She enjoys the company of other dogs—as long as theyre the chill, mind-your-business type. Her preferred dog friendship style is basically: You do you. Ill do me. We coexist peacefully.

Cats? Fine. Honey is actually a little intimidated by them, so chasing is absolutely not on her agenda. The cat may, in fact, be in charge.

She LOVES older children, but a peaceful, predictable home is best for her. She does not do kennels, as the stress can trigger seizures, but she behaves beautifully outside of one. She also sleeps in bed with her humans. Obviously. Did you really think the Goblin Queen would sleep on the floor?

Honey is doing wonderfully with house training and even understands that pee pads are acceptable for emergency situations.

She may be a little high-maintenance. She may have a medical budget. She may have very strong opinions about dinner being served on time.
