Sable - Belgian Shepherd Malinois Dog for Adoption

Riot and Sable may look a little different, but they don’t let that slow them down! This brother-and-sister duo is part of our Belgian Malinois litter, and at just 9 weeks old, they’re ready to find their forever homes. They were born with cleft palates and lips, and are happily eating and drinking on their own. Luckily, they do not require surgery. With how well they are doing, it is very much a cosmetic thing for them. They do need to be monitored while drinking, as they are over eager.

Riot absolutely loves to explore. There isn’t a corner that goes unturned when this boy is around, and he’s always ready to stick his nose into something new! But don’t let his adventurous side fool you. Riot is also the biggest cuddlebug. If he has the option, he’s curled up with his people or snuggled in with the other dogs in his foster home. Apparently, everyone makes a good pillow in Riot’s world!

Sable is a vocal little girl who loves to nap perched up high. The top of the pillows along the headboard is her favorite spot, giving her the perfect view of everything happening around her. She’s definitely the boss between the two and has no problem putting her brother in his place when he needs a little reminder of who’s in charge!

Both puppies absolutely adore people. They’ve loved everyone they’ve met, and the feeling has been mutual! Pictures truly don’t do them justice. These two are incredibly beautiful, sweet puppies who are sure to steal your heart the moment you meet them.

Playtime is a serious business for Riot and Sable, and if they had it their way, they’d spend all day outside! Chasing leaves, exploring, playing, or simply lounging in the sunshine — they love it all. They’re incredibly smart little pups, too, and are already working on potty training and sleeping in their crates all night.

As Belgian Malinois, these two will need homes prepared to keep their busy minds engaged. They’re quick learners who love having a job, and they’ll need continued training, structure, clear boundaries, and consistent expectations as they grow.

Riot and Sable do need to be monitored while drinking water. They tend to drink too much, too quickly and end up with snotty noses! They might benefit from a slow water bowl that they can’t stick their entire faces into.

Both puppies will go home spayed/neutered, microchipped, and current on vaccines.
